Introduction
ILANEL are a lighting design studio offering over 30 high end lighting fixtures with multiple variations in colours materials and finishes. As they prepared to launch a new website it became essential to produce high quality visuals that accurately represented their extensive product range without relying on photography.

Challenges
It was essential to ILANEL that the renders accurately showed how each light projected illumination within its environment.
With over 30 products, each available in multiple sizes and finishes, photography would have been impractical and resource intensive to capture the entire range. We used product visualisation to render each fixture in both light and dark virtual settings. All lights were recreated through CAD modelling and optimised for rendering. Using reference imagery, we reproduced the custom materials, including metals, woods and fabrics, with extreme accuracy. This process produced more than 150 individual renders that precisely captured materials, finishes, lighting and scale, resulting in images that were indistinguishable from photography.

Final Thoughts
The photorealistic renders delivered a refined and comprehensive visual library for ILANEL’s website launch.
By using 3D visualisation we enabled ILANEL to showcase every product variation in context without costly photo shoots and provided flexibility for future design updates.
