Introduction
Sceptre is an emerging Australian brand specialising in high-quality garments. For their brand launch, they partnered with Form in Motion to create a visually striking campaign without relying on physical samples. At the time of production, no garments were yet available, making a fully digital approach the most effective solution.

Challenges
Sceptre needed a launch identity without having garments ready and no opportunity at the time for a traditional photoshoot.
Form in Motion were given a simple brief. Set the scene in the Scottish Highlands, feature a retro Porsche, and convey an old money aesthetic. We recreated the Highlands in CGI, designing a vast atmospheric landscape as the backdrop. The quarter zips were meticulously modelled in Marvelous Designer to millimetre accuracy for detailed close up shots. Everything was then composited in After Effects to create the final visuals. This ambitious concept would have required tens of thousands of dollars and a large production crew if filmed traditionally. By taking a fully digital approach, we achieved high production value at a fraction of the cost.

Final Thoughts
The CGI launch visual successfully communicated premium craftsmanship and atmosphere for Sceptre’s first release.
By recreating the apparel in CGI, we helped Sceptre establish a refined brand identity from day one while avoiding the costs of traditional photography or video production. This approach enabled them to get ahead of their timelines and begin marketing the brand without requiring any physical samples.
