Introduction
In 2025, Taplin Real Estate, a long standing Adelaide based agency with a portfolio spanning residential, commercial and development projects across South Australia, partnered with Form in Motion to elevate their video content. With a new high rise apartment development launching in Glenelg, they were seeking a more impactful and future focused way to visualise the project online.

Challenges
Taplin approached us with a clear ambition but no fixed brief. They wanted something visually impressive that would capture attention and stand apart from traditional real estate marketing.
We led the project from concept to completion, developing creative directions and visual approaches that would maximise engagement. The final concept used CGI and animation to present a dramatic reveal of the Glenelg development in its completed form.
