Introduction
Taplin Real Estate had a new high rise development launching in Glenelg and no fixed brief, only a wish to move past standard real estate marketing. The long standing Adelaide agency needed a way to visualise the building online before it existed, and partnered with Form in Motion to build that.

Challenges
Taplin wanted something that would capture attention and stand apart from traditional real estate marketing, without a fixed brief to work from.
We led the project from concept to completion, developing the creative direction ourselves. The final concept used CGI and animation to present a full reveal of the Glenelg development, built as a one to one 3D replica of the building so viewers could see it completed before it existed.

Outcome
We delivered a full CGI visual of the completed development and set a new benchmark for how Taplin presents future properties to their audience.
The hero shot showed the building assembling in real time, pairing architectural accuracy with a dramatic reveal that let people see the finished development before it existed.
